Visit the parish office to pick up a Baptism Registration Form.
Return the completed form with all required original documents stated on the form in order to reserve a date (copies are not accepted).
In addition to the documents required in the form, parents must bring in the following original documents to the office when turning in the form:
Parent IDs
Child’s original Birth Certificate
Spanish Baptisms: 1st Saturday of every month
English Baptisms: 3rd Saturday of every month
All paperwork must be submitted by the Friday before the Baptism class.
A completed packet must be turned in the Friday before the Baptism Instruction Class in order to attend.
Held once a month on Wednesday at 7:00 PM, in both English and Spanish, the week before the first Saturday of the month.
Parents and Godparents must attend.
You may have one or two Godparents. If there are two, one must be male and one female. All Godparents must meet the following:
If Married:
Must be married in the Catholic Church.
Must provide both the Marriage Certificate and Confirmation Certificate.
If Not Married:
Must be at least 16 years old.
Must have received the Sacrament of Confirmation.
Must be single and not living with a partner.
Civil Marriages (not married in the Church): Disqualify a person from serving as a Sponsor.
All Sponsors must provide original certificates of:
Baptism
First Holy Communion
Confirmation
OR an updated Baptism certificate with notations.
